The recognition of this doctoral topic creates an apex standard for the public and private property developer, who both operate to activate development sites and precincts and the growth of our cities.
The private property development sector has very low barriers to entry and is being filled by poor quality untrained property developers.
Solving dangerous defects in apartment towers
In the case of private property developers in the apartment tower sector this is now a matter of life threatening development as has been seen in the last decade internationally of dangerous efects.
